Throughout those years I have had three different cars. Network has worked on each and every one of them, several times even. One of the cars was in a multiple crash on the fwy so the front and back needed work, funny thing I called Network as I stood off the shoulder of the fwy. The car, drivable still. Ralph told me to bring it right over, which I did and they got me in a rental. Truly took care of me, and set my mind at ease and my car looked brand new again! Another time I was in WH where it is windy, found a large Ding on the drivers side door, in another car I was hit, drivers side door was smashed in (the other driver was not paying attention) just to name a few. . . LA drivers!! I have to say that Network Auto Body does A+ work with above Optimum results!! I am always so impressed! My cars look so amazing! I have never been disappointed with any of the work that they do which is why I will continue to bring my car only to them. Their customer service equally matches the quality work that they do. They have always been very attentive and they answer all questions that I might have. Most of these incidences were accidents and therefore insurance related where I have paid a deductible. But, I have taken my cars in and paid cash to have minor work such as repainting the front bumper due to the chips from driving on fwy! They are very reasonable in their prices, sometimes it was better for me to pay cash out of pocket then go through my insurance, that's how reasonable their prices are!! Considering the quality work, it's a steal and well worth every penny!! They are accommodating, and get you your vehicle back as soon as possible. I HIGHLY recommend Network Auto Body to everyone and anyone!! Thank you Network!! |

3/25/13 - Network's N. Hollywood Shop A 'Flawless' Collision Repair Consumer Review Natalie M. - Jersey City, NJ I had my Nissan Altima coupe hit by someone that was speeding to cut drivers off before he reached a parked car from the lane meant for parked vehicles. Caused about $13K in damage to my car (it never had a scratch on it - just under 2 years old). The guys at Network were very friendly and there is a guy there from Brooklyn, so we clicked. They took great care of my car and the repairs were FLAWLESS! You couldn't tell that there was ever anything wrong with it. Due to a backordered part, my time for a rental ran out with my insurance and after talking to the reps at Network, they were nice enough to call Enterprise and have them give me their discounted rate for the days that went over what my insurance allowed. Would definitely recommend their work. Plus it doesn't hurt that it's guaranteed for the entire time you own your vehicle. |

The manager took fantastic care of me and my car, even when I left items in my car I was able to retrieve them with no hassle, AND they're across the street from Teller Morrow, so that's cool. Lost one star because I called on Thursday to find out the status of my car, they said it had been ready since Monday and they called and left messages for me. There had no call(s) or messages. Hollywood Shop A 'Thoroughly Impressed' Review Cecillia E.. - Encino, CA - Body Shop Review My BMW was recently sideswiped and I learned about Network Auto Body through my service advisor at Century West BMW, who gave them very high praise. He had me speak to Vaughn, who was so helpful and kind, and helped arrange for me to drop off my vehicle at Network. From the moment I walked in, everyone was very professional and helpful. I met with Darren, and he gave me an estimate as to when the car would be ready. The car was actually finished a few days earlier than we had anticipated, AND the shop went out of their way to also fix some scratches I had on my bumper, which completely went above and beyond my expectations. For what it's worth, I'm very picky when it comes to any kind of service provider (doctors, body shops, etc.) and I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, quality of work and timeliness of Darren and all the employees that I interacted with at Network. I highly recommend them!!! |

WOODLAND HLS, CA 'Couldn't Stop saying "Wow!" *Unique Network Auto Body Consumer Review Testimonial " I recently had a minor fender bender by running (at three miles an hour) into a pylon in an underground parking garage. My fault completely. I drive a Mini and was devastated when I got out of the car to see the damage; the small panel between the driver's side door and bonnet was pushed in quite a bit. Edge of the hood had a two inch graze down to the metal. This car is MY GIRL! I'd been a fan of Minis for years and finally bought my very own in 2007. I pamper her each month by doing a complete wash and all the detailing work myself, inside and out. Usually takes me the better part of a day. After my little mistake, I knew I needed to go to a proper body shop for repairs. That's when I started noticing the great reviews for Network Auto Body. They're an authorized Mini shop and definitely looked a head above a lot of the other places I'd seen with their well organized garage / spray and paint booth plus the stylish main waiting area around the front desk. This place definitely seemed like the quality body shop I was looking for. But what about the work? I went in one morning to meet with Ralph Fasone. Even though I was very nervous about giving my baby to just anyone, he began to make me feel at easy right away with his very friendly manner as well as showing me some examples of their work. I was thoroughly impressed by an SUV I checked out that had had it's entire front end smashed in. Post repaint and restore, here was a vehicle that looked brand new with an incredible paint job and without one single mark. My confidence was rising. A short time before bringing my Mini there I'd decided that this would be a good excuse to take care of a number of paint dings due to tiny rock hits on the freeway. The bonnet began to look like it had a small star field of white specks. So not only would the small panel be replaced, but the entire hood would be repainted.Ralph did a complete estimate and by that point I was ready. Appointment made! When it came time to drop the car off I shook his hand and said 'please take care of my girl'. He set me up with an Enterprise rental and said it might take about five days but could be longer because they were a little backed up. No problem on my end because I just wanted her done right and not rushed. It did end up taking a couple extras day but was completely worth the time. Yesterday morning I returned to to pick up my baby, still a little nervous but generally feeling positive after seeing the shop before and meeting Ralph. When I saw my Mini parked near the front I began to walk slowly over to check her out. For the next few minutes I couldn't stop saying 'WOW!' They did an IN-CREDIBLE job!!! My stigma about having body work done and nervousness about the handling of my car went right out the window! She seriously looks like BRAND NEW!!! They did a fantastic job of matching the paint and the texture looks EXACTLY like the original!! Trust me, I NOTICE those seriously minor details! Sometimes you see cars that have had body work done at other places and you can tell right away what was painted. The texturing can sometimes be cringingly different. But not here! I notice everything and anything that happens to my Mini's finish on the road. The crew at Network put this entire job together with the same finite eye that I give her every time I detail. And I mean FINITE! Plus, they even replaced the bonnet stripes that obviously needed to be removed to do the job. Nice ! If that wasn't all...when the work took a few extra days to complete, Ralph was kind enough to cover the extra days with the Enterprise rental. Originally he was going to take care of three of the five days. When it went to nine he added an additional three days of his coverage on the cost. That was the topping on the cake! I strongly recommend going to Network Auto Body! Great crew, very friendly service, spectacular work! Thank you, Ralph!!! I can breathe again!!" |
8/15/2012 Wei-Li S. Los Angeles, CA 'An "appreciated" discount Network Auto Body customer Review " reviews on Yelp and I decided to have them do the repairs. The repair job took a little longer than the original estimate but the workmanship was very good. Anthony was always on top of updating me on the repair progress and Joe was always patient in answering all my questions about the repairs. The final cost was a bit higher than the original estimate, but still thousands of dollars less than the quote from another body shop where I took the car for documenting the damage. Recently I went back because my headlights were out of alignment (I drove my car into a concrete column in a parking garage). I was in a hurry because I needed the repairs done before going on a road trip. Ralph recommended for me to pick up the headlight from the dealer directly to minimize delay (it would've taken at least a week if he ordered the headlight for me) and he was able to get my new headlight installed and aligned on the same day I brought the headlight in with my car. He gave me a great price and also banged out some of the dents for free (in order to install/secure the headlight correctly). Being a complete cheapskate, I really appreciated the discounts/freebies Ralph offered me. I highly recommend Network Auto Body to anyone looking for a reliable auto body shop in LA!." |

The owners son's, Ralph and Anthony, were very nice and kept me updated on when the parts were coming in. Hollywood location and had an estimate. The price I was given was the price that was charged once the work was done. When I dropped off my car they called Enterprise Rentals who came over to pick me up and were also very nice. I will write about them soon. Was told that the work would take 2 days to finish, but in fact they were done in a day and a half, which was great. They washed and vacuumed my car and overall were really very nice. Over the years I have tried a few body shops in Hollywood and Marina del Rey, and Network is the best by far. 1) Ralph gave me a very a reasonable quote for moderate repairs to my Toyota. 2) The repairs were done in 3 days and were done on time. (I've never had a body shop be done this quickly or on time.) 3) The repairs far exceeded my expectations. Mildly damaged parts were replaced instead of being just repaired and they didn't charge me extra than the quoted estimated price. 4) They DO take credit cards. (unlike one negative reviewer states)This is the perfect example of smart business and good customer service. We live in LA, our cars get bumped, dinged and scratched on a daily basis so it's a great idea for a body shop to build a good relationship with it's clients. I know I will be back to Network Autobody... and I will not even need to shop around next time. |

My 89 year old mom and I brought in her banged up Lexus for an estimate. She takes excellent care of her car and is sort of obsessed with keeping it immaculate and running well. My mom demands perfection when it comes to her Lexus and she actually got it (and it didn't hurt that the turnaround time was fast and the price was very fair). Her car came back beautiful. Plus, the atmosphere in the shop is great because we all felt so well taken care of by Ralph. This year I decided to try a new auto body shop, one closer to home, after being dissatisfied with the shop I brought the car to last year. I'm a customer for life.I even asked if they had an upholstery guy to take care of a tear in one of the leather panels side panels. No problem. And totally inexpensive. I bought 2 cars here in the past year. One had bumper and fender damage from being smashed into a pole. Had the car back within 48 hours looking brand new.My step-son had a collision with his Honda Element last year and ended up getting suckered into having it towed to a shady place in downtown LA (Metro Collision). It took them several months to fix the car, with excuse followed by excuse, and when it finally came back, it didn't run correctly because the morons did not check the alternator and battery.A few weeks ago, he had another collision with, believe it or not, nearly identical damage and nearly the same parts needing replacement/repair. This time, we knew better then to have it towed anywhere, and I let it sit in my office parking lot until I was able to give Network Autobody a call.Ralph came by my office to look at the car and give me a quick eyeball estimate. The next morning, he had it towed in, and the car was looking brand spanking new in less than 2 weeks. These guys do not screw around! You will have your car in and out of their shop quick with excellent, polite service to boot. In between, you may get a few polite calls from them just updating you on the status of your repairs. That's unheard of! |

After getting rear ended I needed to find a body shop so after reading a couple reviews on Yelp I settled on Network Auto Body because of the great reviews and it was super close. I couldn't of asked for better service, Ralph is the man. Usually when dealing with car problems it's a long boring process but not here. Ralph had checked out my car within 5 minutes and I was out of there in 10. He even buffed out the paint that had been splattered on the side of my car for free. I've dealt with body shops before and everywhere else took weeks and would leave me in the waiting room forever, but not here. Also they dealt with the insurance company after I had been ignored for weeks. 12/4/2010 A "Great Service - Super Nice" - Consumer Review! Tania D. - Los Angeles, CA Last night I parked in my underground parking and hit a beam. It was really sad. The entire quarter panel of my car got messed up :( I cried and became depressed and after all that passed. I started to yelp. I found great reviews on Network Auto Body Inc and called them first thing in the morning. They told me to come in at any time and I headed over on my way to work. As soon as I arrived I was able to get an estimate in about 15 mins. I guess the damage was pretty bad because my total was $2,700. The set up a pick up from Enterprise and took my gorgeous car away. The service was great, they were super nice. I will give an updated review when I know the final result. I have faith they will do a good job. |
11/9/2010 Network's the real deal! - Consumer Auto Body Review Pi W.. - Los Angeles, CA I was thoroughly impressed with my experience, beginning to end. Here's the story: last month at the beach, my buddy is hungover and hits my car. Not a huge ding, but I've got a Prius and replacing/repainting a fender & bumper is pricey. I get estimates at 2 places, one of them being Network. First off, Network wasn't the cheapest place (over by $35), but it was certainly the most attentive and the shop itself feels.... cozy. I know. An Auto Body shop? Cozy? But that's the vibe. And the guy who helped me, Ralph, was sharp and up front and earnest.So my buddy goes through his State Farm insurance which turns into a nightmare, as they constantly give you the "the check is in the mail line" while you pull your hair out next to the empty mailbox, wishing you had a car to drive to work.After a few days of me riding my bike, taking the Metro (which is cheap and clean and awesome, by the way, if you need to go to the one of 3 parts of town it actually services), Ralph provides me with a car so I can get to the west side. Above and beyond the call of duty, Ralph. I commend you.After my buddy ponied up the cash to Network (we're still waiting on the State Farm check, weeks after the incident....) I got the Prius back--it looks great. Network did great work, and they guarantee it for life, which is comforting. As for customer service, Ralph is on his game. An absolute pleasure, and doubly so being that Network's in the automotive industry, an environment that usually feels like a haunted swamp, where at any moment someone is going to jump out of the murk and steal your soul, er, wallet.Network's the real deal. 9/2/2010 Best car repair experience! Consumer Review Linh N. - Los Angeles, CA I went to Network Auto Body, Inc and honestly it was the best car repair experience I've ever had. Ralph Fasone was great during the whole process. He was very friendly during the initial estimate and when I went in to drop off my car he kept me informed throughout the repair. He estimated the repair to be completed by Thursday morning but I was back in it and driving by Wednesday afternoon. Since I mentioned yelp as my referral he threw in a free wax which my car really needed. While inspecting my car I mentioned I had two paint chips on my passenger fender. Ralph immediately called over one of his employees and had him touch it up. He even gave me a small container of touch up paint for future repairs. I will definitely go back to Network Auto Body for my future repairs and will recommend...obviously what I'm doing now. Also my car looks fantastic. |
8/16/2010 Excellent Quality and Customer Service - Testimonial Review Elizabeth B.- Los Angeles, CA I recently was sideswiped by a large U-Haul type truck and it took off my driver's side mirror - luckily no body damage. I opted to go with Network after reading a bunch of great reviews on Yelp, and they definitely satisfied my expectations. They were able to accommodate my long work hours (9 - 7) because they open at 8AM. Ralph was able to give me an estimate over the phone - $44 for labor plus the cost of the parts. He recommended that I go with dealer parts rather than after market parts and explained why, but he respected my preference for the less expensive after market parts. When I brought my car in for an actual estimate, Ralph quoted me a price from his parts supplier that was higher than the one that my insurance company had provided when they looked at the car. I don't think he was trying to scam me though because when I mentioned the price difference he was happy to call the other parts supplier and use them in order to save me money. He ordered the part and I got a call when it came in a few days later. I brought the car in the following morning at 8 so I didn't have to miss work and avoided the hassle of getting a rental car. I just went and had a cup of coffee in the cafe around the corner. I also pointed out how one of the rubber mini bumpers around my back wheel well was missing because it started to fall off and as a result I had to rip it off a few months ago. I had it in my trunk and asked if they could glue it back on. Ultimately, they replaced the piping around both wheels with new material so that it would fit better and match, AND they did this for free, which was a very nice touch.Overall, the quality of work and the customer service at Network is excellent. I will definitely use them as needed in the future. |

For Network Auto Body of North Hollywood, CA 5/23/2010 Treated like a Human! Komal B. - Beverly Hills, CA Let me add my voice to the chorus of compliments. Came here to get an estimate when someone banged into me. Joe treated me like a human being instead of some chick who knew nothing about cars. Major plus! Gave me a written estimate and a time of about 2-3 days. After the accident-causer ok'd the estimate, I brought the car back Monday morning. Car was ready on Wednesday, as promised. Another plus! Moreover, they called to say it was ready and I didn't have to call them! Major plus! Can't remember the last time an auto repair shop called to tell me my car was ready without my having to stalk them. Man whom I thought was loitering outside saw me loitering and asked if I was being helped. Another plus! And when they brought my little Candy out, she was gleaming! Looked brand new and shiny which means they washed her! Major, major plus! I almost took away one star for one thing: When they gave me the estimate, they asked me if insurance was involved. Why should that matter? Did they jack up the price because they knew I wasn't paying? I hate that kind of crap. But they were so decent in all other respects that I'm going to give them the benefit of the doubt and assume they were asking for curiosity's sake. And heck, I'm no Marxist. (Have you seen where I eat and shop?) They even went out of their way to replace my aftermarket HID lights, with the upgrade OEM HID lights which I'm told are more expensive. (subaru wrx)The car looked as good as new when I got it back, despite the fact that I had white opalescent paint, which again, I've been told is difficult to match. Not sure if this is the type of service that you would get anywhere, and I'm more grateful than I should be, but I have to say they did a great job. They also said that everyone that gets their auto body done there, can go back for a free car wash whenever... Kind of awesome, though I haven't gone back to see if it is true... |

Not familiar with any body shops in my area, I checked out a few places for estimates. Although Network wasn't the cheapest, it was more important to get quality work done. Anthony and Ralph were pretty straight with me, and I actually didn't feel like a naked baby in a stingray tank. Sometimes, such a feeling can be titillating, but not in this case.Within a week, I was able to get my car back (thank god, because I hate driving those shitty rental cars!). And to be honest, it looked better than before (I had a couple of dings -- hey, I'm Asian). Luckily, I remembered that I was supposed to get a free detailing job for citing Yelp as my reference. Although I ended up having to leave my car for another day, Ceci came out as a sparkling version of my pimpstress-mobile. |

Seeing how I drive an American made 2002 Chevy Tahoe, you would think damage would be to a minimum...guess again. I spoke with a gentleman named Ralph who made sure that I recieved a detailed decription of all the repairs being done, a rental car for the duration of those repairs, and had my car fully detailed before returning it to me. I wasn't quite sure as to how the procedure works with the insurance company and the adjuster and everything, it was more than overwhelming, but since day one Anthony was more than kind and helpful with everything, filling me in with every bit of detailed information and walking me through the whole process step by step. When i went to the shop Ralph was able to give me helpful advice and was more than understanding of my situation and was willing to help me repair my car as much as possible regardless. This kind of service given by Anthony and Ralph is sadly rare nowadays. Now this is the amazing part, in comparison to some other auto body shops that like to lag as much as possible, Network started on my car on a Tuesday and was able to finish by the end of that Thursday, with a much well-done job. I am not quite sure if this price they gave me was cheap or expensive since i went through insurance, but i felt it was absolutely reasonable, especially with the amount of work they did for me and the fact that it was done in such a timely manner. FYI, I have been to other shops before and really they could care less once your car leaves the shop, I would recommend Network to you only because they make everything seem more personal, they stand in your shoes and help you solve your problems based on your needs as best as they could, it was a hassle-free experience, and i will not hesitate to go back. |

I've used Network 2 times now to repair significant damage to my car. I found them honest and reliable. Ok, the second time they kept the car 1 extra day past what they estimated. I don't think this is a big deal, as they called and explained the situation. They treated me with respect and the staff is friendly and they have a clean, comfy waiting room. Furthermore it is walking distance from the Metro, so you may not need to rent a car! If I ever have body damage again, I will go here even though I live downtown. ![]()

I have been using Yelp for over 2 years to find out about restaurants and businesses but I've never had an account to write reviews. My experience with Network and all the people who work there(Ralph, Anthony etc..) was amazing and I had to share it with anyone who is looking for an auto body shop. I have a pimp car, it's a Rolls Royce 1989 with only 46k miles on it, so when I needed to get work done on it, I called every shop that Yelp had good reviews and basically interviewed them to make sure they seem legit. When I called Network, I could tell from their confidence and experience working on high end cars that they were the best shop for the job. I took my car in and they told me they had a great rapport with my insurance company, sure enough they got them to approve to pay for all the damages! If anyone has a high end car and their looking for the best service and good people who know what their actually talking about, take your car to Network Auto Body!Pros: the best auto body shop in LA! N. V.. - Los Angeles, CA I had a good experience here, after having the bad experience of discovering my car had been side swiped while parked. I was gearing myself up for a huge hassle in getting it fixed, but everything turned out to be easy breezy between the auto body shop, my insurance company, and the car rental company. It took a week to fix my car, and it looks great. I may go back when I have some time to have them fix up some scratches and dings in other places on my car. I found Network Auto Body on Yelp, btw. In all honesty, I was worried that some of the reviews were fake since there were so many good ones, but the place is legit. |

These guys are great. No pressure. Told be about the life time guarantee. There was very expensive ($15k) damage to my Prius. It got fixed. Toyota forgot to plug a wire or two, and Network very politely took the car back and got it fixed. They didn't blame me as some other businesses might or claim that isn't covered. If I ever need body work done again (I hope no more accidents) I'll be back here and will recommend to all my friends. They have a shop in North Hollywood as well. . |

I would rate these guys six stars if I could. An aggressive driver swiped my passenger side on the 405 and left a footlong scratch above my front tire. Then he sped off like a jackass, so I was on my own. I brought the car into Network Auto Body on all these Yelpers' recommendations -- I mean, have you ever seen a mechanic get such glowing reviews? Had to try them out. Ralph took a look at the scratch, then got a rag and some polish and 5 minutes later my car was good as new. And this is the miracle part -- because it was such an easy fix, he didn't even charge me. He just gave me his card and asked that I keep him in mind the next time some idiot driver merges into my lane without permission. Suffice to say, I'm hereby a lifer. |

Based on Yelp reviews and the convenience factor, we brought my wife's car here to fix a banged rear bumper. Since we were at the edge of the insurance co-pay, we decided to pay for the repair entirely out of our own pocket. Ralph was great, but when we went to pick up the car, my wife and I both thought that the color match on the new bumper was okay, but not perfect. Then entailed a long conversation with the guys (not Ralph) who were giving the car back to us about how to decide what was a good color match, them trying to convince us that the car was as good as it was going to get. We were on the fence about accepting the job, and then I noticed that the replaced tail light lens was not at all in alignment. The car was definitely going back for more work, and my wife and I left with a poor taste in our mouths. So why do they still get 4 stars? Because Ralph stepped in and apologized, hushed the other guys and agreed that the work had to be redone, and delivered the car back to us with the corrected color, the light in perfect alignment and also fully clayed as an apology for the inconvenience. I like to measure someone not by how they behave when everything goes right, but in those moments when things go wrong, and Ralph proved that he really is a stand up guy. |
My passenger side car window was smashed and I called Network Auto Body. They referred me to Sunglow Auto Glass (800) 464-0466. Sunglow showed up the same day I called, replaced my window, vacuumed all the shattered glass, and charged me $150 total. Not bad! |

Great place. i took my Euro sedan to get fixed here after a fender bender. They explained the condition of the car and what could be done to fix it. The costs were very reasonable (they only charged half of what I had been quoted from another autobody shop in Mid Wilshire) and even hooked me up with a ride to the car rental lot. And the best thing was they cleaned and detailed my car when they were finished with the repairs, so when I came back to pick up my car it looked brand new HAHA. 10/19/2008 A Timely testimonial from - Tina N. - Irvine, CA There's no auto body shop like Network Auto body! In February, 2008, I smashed my brand new Mazda 5 into a column of a parking garage. I took it to Network to fix based on the Yelp reviews. They were FANTASTIC for the following reasons: 1) Worked seamlessly with my insurance provider So, yay Network Auto! I totally recommend these guys. Also, they have autographed pictures of celebrities they have worked with (I only remember the one of Elvira) in the waiting room. |
I broke my driver-side mirror on my car and brought it to Network Auto Body to be fixed. They were cool and seemed honest. The price was ok. I'm not sure if I was just being impatient or if it really does take 4 days to get a mirror. I'd definitely go back to them if I had too.

I wish every mechanic were this straightforward and easy. I had some fairly serious collision damage to my car. I brought it to Network after reading all the good yelps. Yelpers steered me right: Network did an efficient, thorough estimate, no monkey business, no upsell, no tap-dancing. Their waiting room is clean and comfortable, and feels like a nice living room. The work on my car was great, they did it on time, on estimate. They communicated really well throughout the process. Felt less like going to a mechanic and more like going to, well, some kind of boutique where they happen to do auto body work. I really like Network. |
Ralph is the man I spoke with when he examined my car. He was so professional, so awesome. He made me feel like I came to the right place to have my car worked on. My TL came back looking better than ever and it even smelled like new. =) It took a bit longer than expected (a day over) but not a big deal. I'm just glad fellow yelpers gave me their honest feedback about this body shop. They're real, they're genuine. Good people which is rare to find. Hopefully you'll be just as convinced as me!! |

. My car is 4 years old and has some cosmetic damage. But most annoyingly, the passenger door has not opened for a year, due to a damaged fender. I don't really mind the dents and scratches, but I was really hoping the door could be functional again without bankrupting me. I took my car to a body shop awhile ago that quoted me $3,800 to fix the door and side of my car. There was no way I could afford this, and I was feeling pretty discouraged. I decided to give repair another try based on the positive Yelp recommendations of Network Auto Body. From the moment I got there, Ralph was really cool and helpful. He had the mechanics try to shift the fender with a wedge, just so the door could open again. It turned out to be a little more complicated, but the two mechanics worked for about 20 minutes, and fixed the door to the degree where it would open perfectly. Afterward, Ralph gave me an estimate on the cosmetic repair of the car, and told me they would not even charge me for fixing the door! I would have been happy to pay, too, because that door has been a nightmare for the last year! These are really great guys whose priority truly is to help the customer out, cliche as that might sound. I am planning to take my car back there for any other work that I may need done. |
I can definitely recommend Network Auto Body. They quoted me a price of $385 to replace my Audi A4 windshield. (It normally costs about $500 to replace it at the dealership). When I went in and talked to Anthony he was courteous and helpful, and the price of the job came in 10 bucks under what they quoted me. The workmanship was top-notch. I was hoping the job would be done the same day (and it took an extra day to get it done). Hence four stars instead of five. But they're a good shop |
I'm amending my previous review of Network Auto Body, which wasn't very favorable. There was definitely a communication problem between their reception staff and the management, as I stated before, which lead to inconvenience and frustration on my part. However, once breaking through the reception staff barrier and actually speaking with the manager, Darren, he was nothing but pleasant and cleared everything up. He apologized that I was given an incorrect completion date and additional wrong information by the reception staff. My car looks great and is driving well. I went from being extremely disappointed with the service to happily satisfied in one call from Darren. It's amazing what a friendly voice and some clarification can do. |

I went yesterday for an estimate on some paint touch ups and potential minor body work as I am selling my car and want to be in perfect shape for the next lady or gent who owns it. I drove in at 5:45, almost closing, and one twin checked me in while the other twin helped me out. Turned out all my minor issues were completely cosmetic and didn't need fixing! Twin #2 went through every one of my questions with me, gave me a price quote should I want the cosmetic work done, and even recommended a detailer. I was absolutely thrilled with the kindness, speed and attention provided by everyone involved at Network Auto Body. I will update if I do plan on having actual work done here, but I suspect this place will remain 5 stars all the way. |

They are REALLY nice. They didn't talk to me like I was an idiot. They called when a part was going to come in $60 more than the estimate- instead of just doing it and giving me the bill. My car was finished a day EARLIER than they had promised AND I'm pretty sure they washed it and cleaned out the inside too. The place is clean and the waiting area is kinda cool. You get a good vibe right away about this place. |

In December, my pretty black car got hit by a jerk of a lady with no insurance. I immediately dropped off my car at Network Auto Body after the recommendation of a few friends. I could not have had a nicer experience! It's family owned and you just might confuse the brothers (they're twins) but they were both kind, patient and offered me many affordable solutions when roadblocks presented themselves. I believe they take almost every kind of car insurance and they even have fresh coffee, water, a vending machine and Vanity Fair magazines in their waiting room. The day I picked up my car, I could have cried I was so happy to see her looking all shiny, sparkly and back to her pretty self! The guys there even had my car detailed and stayed an extra hour past their normal hours to wait for me. I never want to be in another car accident (in LA that's just impossible) but if & when I do, I know where I'll be going back to them! |
